If you're holding an event that is going to require a dance floor rental keep the following information in mind when requesting a quote. 


Is the floor going to be installed:
-Grass, Dirt or Gravel ?
-Patio area or Sports Court ?
-Indoor Venue or Indoor Residential Property ?
-Time sensitive Delivery and Pickup ? 


The Reason we need to know more about your Dance floor requirements is to get a more accurate assessment of what type of floor your needing. Please take the time to read the information BELOW to better understand our TERMS & CONDITIONS.

VENUES usually have a cut off time at or around 10 pm that the floors are to be removed from the space you rented. Our After hours service fee of $100 covers us to come remove the floor before / after that cut off time. We will need to be aware of these time sensitive situations prior to confirmation of contract.  If the venue will allow our product to stay till the AM roughly 10 am in the morning we can make arrangements to come pick it up. There will be no additional service fee for such made arrangements but we will require a managers approval from the Venue.  If their overnight fee is more than our after hours service fee then we encourage making arrangements upon confirmation of all disclosures in which direction you would like to proceed. 




PATIO SURFACE - Outdoor Dance Floors usually will be placed on a patio surface and depending on the time of year we will use our snap lock indoor floor but only if outside temps are below 90 Degrees. They are manufactured with Glued tile surfaces, HOT weather can make these tiles come loose and damage our product. So if the weather is above 90 degrees our wood floors will be used instead. We will contact you prior if all possible to discuss this but it would be much easier to disclose this information about the surface when confirming your product.


GRASS SURFACE - Outdoor Dance Floors used on grass surface will REQUIRE NO sprinklers up to 24 hrs prior to us bringing our dance floors for installation. This moisture can cause our floors to WARP from the underside up through the inner core. If we arrive after its rained outside we will still deliver our products but there's a slight chance we WILL NOT be able to install the dance floor that evening prior to your event. Our Delivery and install crew will discuss and make arrangements in these situations to come back the FOLLOWING MORNING to install the floor. WE DO NOT REFUND ON RAIN DAYS OR LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS AS OUR DANCE FLOOR COULD OF BEEN RENTED ELSEWHERE. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR LAST MINUTE DOWNSIZE ON THE FLOORS AS WELL. WE DO NOT CONTROL THE WEATHER OR THE WEDDING SEASON SUPPLY AND DEMAND ! GRAVEL / SAND / DIRT SURFACE - UPDATE WE NO LONGER INSTALL ON GRASS GRAVEL OR DIRT





Outdoor Dance Floor used on grass will most liking require an additional sub-floor installation and additional CHARGE.  This sub floor will be installed under our dance floor to help level and protect our dance floor from additional damage. There is a strict policy on this application through out the valley at almost all party rental stores. These floors are expensive and we need to protect them from being damaged if all possible. Sub floor pricing is usually Charged at HALF RATE of the dance floor so it will be revised on your contract if it's needed. HOW BIG OF DANCE FLOOR WILL YOU NEED?

The industry standard suggests that each couple will need 9 sq ft per couple (that’s over 4.5 ft per person).   Example: Let’s assume a party has 200 guests. 40%, or 80 guests, will be dancing at any one time. This means that you would need approximately 360 square feet of dance floor for this party, or a 16×20 dance floor.

If you figure 40 of 100 guests will dance, then you need about a 200 square foot dance floor. If you double that for 200 guests you would need a 400 square foot dance floor. With 300 guests you need a 600 foot dance floor.  You can see how easily that rule could get out of hand. So again you have to consider other factors like the age of your guests and how many people you really think will be dancing at one time.
